Return & Refund Policy

At SpiceKin, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. As we deal in food and consumable products, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure hygiene and safety.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

    • The product packet is sealed, unopened, unused, and untampered
    • The original packaging is intact
    • The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery

    Opened, used, or tampered packets are not eligible for return or refund.

    Eligible Cases for Return or Refund

    Returns or refunds may be requested in the following situations:

      • Product received is damaged during delivery
      • Incorrect product delivered
      • Product received is expired
      • Customer wishes to return the product while it remains sealed and unopened

      How to Request a Return or Refund

      To initiate a return or refund, email us at info.spicekin@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

        • Your Order ID
        • Reason for return
        • Clear photographs showing the sealed condition of the product

        All requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

        Return Pickup & Shipping Charges

        • If the return is due to SpiceKin’s error (damaged, incorrect, or expired product), we will arrange return pickup at no cost to the customer.
        • If the return is due to customer preference (sealed & unopened packet), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

        Refund Process

        • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
        • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

        Non-Refundable Cases

        Refunds will not be provided for:

          • Opened or used packets
          • Change of mind beyond the sealed & unopened condition
          • Taste preferences
          • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
          • Delays or issues caused by courier partners

          Order Cancellation

          • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
          • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

          Final Decision

          SpiceKin reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request at its discretion.
